The track at Quarry Road is VERY FAST and grip is lousy. We abandoned and went to the Crooked Tree Trail where the much maligned Conifer-Umbrella has preserved soft snow with mostly good grip and glide in the manageable 2.5-3/4 range, a bit faster on the hills on the Red return so best to do the loop CLOCKWISE.
