Expect another day of brilliant skiing. Bucky groomed Beech Hill yesterday, along with Blue, Coomb’s Bypass and out to Quarry Road. Still active logging going on near Smith’s camp so caution coming down the hills, especially from Swixback. Glide will be a tad faster at 2.5 and wax will work well – Blue this morning violet this afternoon. With warming temps and sunshine, by this afternoon expect some sunny areas to be slow and the shaded sections to remain fast, and you know what that means- sudden sunny decelerations and somersaulting forwards, and feet taking off in the shade leaving the butts behind. And if you are tuckered out, just take a break and watch the snow fleas hopping gleefully about.
