Yesterday’s snowfall brought the optimists out in force. The day was most pleasant and the skiing like early season conditions with no grooming and scant coverage under the conifers but good coverage due to remaining snow on much of the track. If you head up the hills, remember that the Walker Road is closed beyond the Parking lot and though you can go around the barricade, the road is in rough shape. More snow today may improve things, at least for another day or two. Cheers,
