Trail Conditions

To ski?

Bucky spent a lot of time yesterday breaking up the icy crust and creating a pretty good track. He managed to put some soft snow in the track and in most places the flurries also blew in. Glide was 2.5-3/4 and should be the same today, slower where more snow has blown in, faster where the track is icy crust only and on any areas groomed flat. He did the Blue trail later in the day so it may be faster as the wind and flurries were abating. Also the hills going in either direction to Doncaster Pond were fast so caution there. Crooked Tree Trail was 2.5/4 as he redid that earlier. And no, I haven’t answered your question, but now you have something to mull over. Miramichi/Fredericton north got snow only, and lots of it so if you are looking for softer venues, once they deal with all the snow things should be pretty good(as of yesterday Charlo is all groomed, Wostawea, promising tracks today, Miramichi the same, Kouch grooming in progress and not great at time.
