Although there is still lots of snow in the woods, the season is starting to wind down- I know some of the Faithful need a little time to adapt to this inevitable reality, so here is your notice. Those same devotees were out for many hours yesterday glorying in the slow snow, and although there are starting to be a few bare spots coverage remains very skiable with no long portages. Last nights “dump” will provide lovely sking today. There is likely a bit more accumulatiion up the hill and the ice pellets will provide decent glide yet enough pliability to be not too fast. The track yesterday was good to fair. And as per usual, things will slow down as the temperatures rise. Enjoy,
