Bucky has headed for the hills, hopefully to make very skiable what is at present pretty glazed, fast and rutted. Expect “good” glide at 2.5-3/4 and grip should be fine with wax working for those traditional “lazy” skiers like this writer. Brett Beale went up and redid some of the plowing on Quarry Road so Bucky should be able to make a track from the Walker Road up to the Tile Pile. So if you run into Brett, thank him for his efforts.
