There remains pretty nice skiing along Coombs road and the Wood Road on Blue, the far end of Cypass and the Birches. The track is pretty good and the dusting of snow this morning has blown in and slowed glide to a 2/4, in the track. But woe to yea who deviate from the track, for the crust is very slippy and fast. And it is a bit tricky getting there although there is a rudimentary track up from the Walker Road on Quarry Road, as well as up Quarry Go Round, both with soft/slow snow. Snow plowing is not possible so be cautious on the downhills, and be cautious of ice under the crust if walking on the Quarry Road(best in the tire tracks). But the sun is out transforming the ice encrusted forest into a shimmering wonderland. Cheers,
